Ex British Supersport front runner David Allingham moves up to the Official British Superbike
Ex British Supersport front runner David Allingham moves up to the Official British Superbike Championship for the 2019 season. Allingham will be racing the Yamaha YZF-R1
run under the EHA Racing Team. After showing great pace over the past few years David believes it is time to step up to the big class for 2019.
Allingham will be using the ATS-1 Carbon Fibre Helmet and has recently returned from his shakedown test in Spain. Here is what he had to say.
David Allingham (EHA Racing) “Im very excited for this opportunity to step up to the Superbike class for 2019 with EHA Racing. I have just returned from Spain after my first initial test on the Superbike. This was also the first time I have run the 6D ATS-1 Helmet and it was absolutely perfect. The guys from 6D supplied me a support package with various setups and options to test and trial but it was not needed, I run the Helmet straight out of the box and couldn’t rate it enough. After using various other Helmet brands over the Years it’s for sure a step up. The 6D fits well, operates well and above all has the benefits of the latest safety features. So its great to be working with them in 2019.”
